SMS Cross Country Summer Conditioning

Hello XC Summer Conditioning Families,
Happy Summer! We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow and welcoming some new faces to Saline Running 
.
. Just a quick email with a few bits of information to help as you plan your week.
- Practice will be:
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- 8:00 - 9:15am
- Drop off and pick up both at Saline High School, behind the pool area. West athletic side parking lot near the tennis courts.
- Please have your runner(s) bring a water bottle to practice with them.
- In the case of severe or inclement weather our protocol, if time allows, will be to send out an email notifying everyone of any practice changes. If the weather changes right before or during practice we will seek shelter inside the high school. In both cases there will be a coach outside redirecting everyone.
- Email is our primary form of communication. Any additional email addresses you would like added to our summer loop just let us know. We use the ones listed with registration.
